New, and at the same time old, officials of Kenosha gathered after the organizational meeting of the city's new mayor-aldermanic government. From the left are Finance Director Joseph Sawicki, formerly city clerk under the old government; City Atty. Robert V. Baker, who had been city manager; Mayor Eugene R. Hammond, who had been a councilman, and Gilbert Petzke, president of the new City Council who was a member of the old council. First regular business meeting of the new government will be April 21.
