The Reverend Jesse Jackson exuberantly celebrated the seating of his insurgent delegation Monday at the Democratic Convention in back of two solemn faced supporters of Chicago Mayor Richard Daley. A group of delegates headed by Daley had just been denied the Illinois seats at the Democratic convention in Miami Beach. The men, Daley aides, are John Touhy (left) and Illinois state Rep.
