Description
The four Kozmin brothers outside the courtroom where custody hearing took place, deciding whether the boys will remain in Chicago as wards of the state or go to Russia to rejoin their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Georgi Kozmin. Left to right: Peter, 9; Peter, 2; Richard, 12; and George, 10, have been kept in foster homes here since June 1957, when their parents returned to Russia. Court obtained custody of the children, when their parents were committed to a mental institution here. Kozmin attorney, Irving Steinberg will try to prove that the Kozmins have proper home in Russia.
