General Pierre Boyer De Latour is shown chatting with a group of Caid at the Holy City of Meknes during his tour of Moroccan Cities in his capacity of French Resident General. The General was seeking help in solving the problem of Sultan Mohammed Ben Mulay Arafa whom the French wanted out but who didn't want to go. Today the Sultan solved the Generals Problem by Flying into Exile to the International Zone of Tangiers.
