Robert S. Cooper, new Assistant Manager for Division 1 with division offices in North Little Rock, Arkansas, has been associated with Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation since September, 1947 as division engineer. This division includes the gas gathering and transmission operations of the company in East Texas, some oin north Louisiana, and all of the natural gas transmission lines and compressor station in Arkansas and Missouri
