The benefit showing was sponsored by Pelican State Chapter No. 1, National Police Officers Association of America, which will use proceeds to send underprivileged children to camp this summer. A host of children from Charity Hospital were brought to the Opening performance by New Orleans Tent, 45, Variety Club International.
