Mrs. Paul Douglas...maybe America's First lady? The other night when Emily Taft Douglas and her senator husband, Paul H. Douglas, of Illinois, celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary here by inviting a few friends to dinner at the Cosmos Club no one toasted a "future in the White House" for a man who might become the next Democratic nominee for the president of the United States. "They were all our friends," said Mrs. Douglas, and she gave a characteristically quick little laugh. "They all wished us a happy future."
