Miss Elizabeth Mohr was installed as president of the Junior Council of New Orleans Federated Garden Clubs Saturday at Morrison's Red Room. Others installed were the Misses Myra Mehrtens, vice-president; Mary Gay Sourci, secretary, and Suzanne Perret, treasurer.
