Captain Sinisi was given command of the group in ceremonies Monday night at the Naval Reserve Training Center on Lakeshore Drive. He is the immediate past commander of the Military Sea Transportation Service unit of the district. Captain Schneidau will become the district commandant's Naval Reserve representative.
