Description
The widow of General of the Army Douglas MacArthur sits behind a raindrop-speckled car window yesterday after visiting the funeral home in New York where her husband's body reposed. A constant rain marked the first day of the week-long funeral activities for the general. Early this morning the body of the nation's highest ranking military man was moved to New York's Seventh Regiment Armory where it will lie in state for viewing by the public.
