Mrs. Helen Porumbeanu, 33, divorced wife of Andre Porumbeanu, was quoted by the New York Daily News tonight as saying the family of heiress Gamble Benedict reneged on a financial promise to her. Porumbeanu, who received a Mexican divorce, married Gamble this week despite opposition from her grandmother, Mrs. Katherine Benedict of New York.
