Betty Hutton honored in New York City New York - Betty Hutton, lately the housekeeper-cook of a Rhode Island Catholic rectory, came back to New York Monday Night in a blaze of her old-time glory and told some 400 well-wishers: "I love you. I love you." Wearing a white chiffon, low-cut and feather trimmed gown and a bouffant hairdo, the one-time "blond bombshell" of Hollywood seemed to be enjoying every minute of the "Betty Hutton Love-In" at the Riverboat Nightclub in the Empire State Building.
