Dean of commentators, H.V. Kaltenborn, is a top member of NBC Television's corps of newsmen, reporters and commentators assigned to report on the Inauguration of Dwight D. Eisenhower. Mr. Kaltenborn will be stationed at the Capitol and will cover the swearing-in ceremonies and President Eisenhower's inaugural speec.
