Description
Mrs John Eisenhower, wife of the President's son, buckles down to her new job of volunteer worker in the Gettysburg office of the Red Cross, checking gift boxes for children overseas. The overseas gift project is an annual promotion by the Red Cross and Mrs Eisenhower is helping out since she and Major Eisenhower moved with their family to a home on the President's farm. Mrs Eisenhower plans to begin a nurses' aid course at Gettysburg hospital in another month.
