Description
US Secretary of State Cordell Hull addresses the Pan American Conference and outlines the proposals of the United States. HE suggested the 21 nations form a trusteeship to control the possessions in the hemisphere of the European nations that have been conquered or dominated by other nations in the waruntil the nations are again independent. He also suggested the formation of a pool of the nations to control the surplus of all the American nations and that they cooperate in defense of the western hemisphere against invasion by force and fifth column activity.
